A resident and her daughter went to downtown for grocery shopping, the other day. A stranger came and asked them if they were on Haruhi-dayori a little ago. Her daughter told me that her mother was active so that they had a good talk for a while. I’m very glad to know people in this community looking over and supporting us very much, owing to Haruhi-dayori which ties us to the community.

Mr. U who likes drinking sake loves the scallions pickled last year. Please make qality one this year as well!

By the way,we asked them to make something for the residents who don’t drink. Then, we’ve got one request.

Plum Jam!…comes from…well, Mr. U, again!

It’s his favorite, too!

Ms. T was reading an article of the news paper, and said

“Oh my goodness, 75 % of the aged die at hospital while 12 % of them die at home.

That is, people who don’t eat good food at home live longer than those of hospital!

Well, it means that it is better to be left alone at home than to be taken to hospital!

Nanta Lucia. Nanta Lucia! “(What a surprise! what a surprise! (LOL))

Well, it must give us a different view! It makes a sense, in a way (LOL).

Harmonica performance

Harmonica performance

Haruhi-Blog

At Haruhi-en Tsuwano

At about 11 a.m. on April 30, it was a fine day from morning, our familiar harmonica man and his assistant visited to Haruhi-en Tsuwano, saying “We came here to encourage you! Let’s have fun.”

Our residents sung songs to his harmonica performance, such as nursery songs or “Sukiyaki”, and about 10 other songs.

Our residents enjoyed it, filled with smile. We took a picture with the harmonica man, after that. We had a very good time. We all thank him very much for coming all the way from Yamaguchi. (by Kawasaki)
